By the grace and support of our mighty God, we are excited to announce that the preliminary contract for the purchase of a new 29-acre plot of land was signed on April 21, 2026.
With this step, we have entered a 21-day due diligence period, during which all aspects of the land, the property, and any existing structures will be thoroughly reviewed to ensure they are in suitable working order and align with the needs of the Church and our growing congregation.
“Let all things be done decently and in order.” (1 Corinthians 14:40)
This phase will be followed by a second stage, lasting 80 days from the date of the contract signing. During this time, the final legal review will be conducted, and the acquisition process will be finalized, a process that must be completed by July 10, 2026, which falls two days prior to the Feast of the Apostles.
Thus, we must secure the required down payment, as well as the subsequent installments. Therefore, it is necessary to raise a sum of $1 million (of the total $3.2 million that will be required) by May 15th to ensure the project proceeds without delay.
“So let each one give as he purposes in his heart…for God loves a cheerful giver.” (2 Corinthians 9:7)

بمعونة ونعمة إلهنا القوي، يسعدنا أن نعلن أنه تم توقيع العقد الابتدائي لشراء قطعة الأرض الجديدة مساحة ٢٩ فدان يوم ٢١ أبريل ٢٠٢٦.
وبذلك نكون قد دخلنا في فترة التدقيق النافي للجهالة ومدتها ٢١ يوم، يتم خلالها مراجعة جميع جوانب الأرض والعقار وأي مباني أخرى داخلها، والتأكد من أنها تعمل بصورة صالحة تتناسب مع احتياجات الكنيسة ومع المجتمع الكنسي المتنامي.
“ليكن كل شيء بلياقة وحسب ترتيب.” (كورنثوس الأولى ١٤: ٤٠)
يعقب هذا مرحلة ثانية لمدة ٨٠ يوم من تاريخ توقيع العقد، حيث تتم المراجعة القانونية النهائية واستكمال عملية الشراء النهائي؛ على ألا تتعدى تاريخ ١٠ يوليو ٢٠٢٦، الذي يوافق يومين قبل الاحتفال بعيد الآباء الرسل.
وبناءً عليه، يجب أن نحضر قيمة المقدم المطلوب وبالتبعية الأقساط الشهرية المطلوبة؛ لذا لزم تدبير مبلغ مليون دولار قبل يوم ١٥ مايو حتى يمكن التنفيذ دون تأخير.
“فليعطِ كل واحد كما قصد في قلبه… لأن المعطي المسرور يحبه الرب.” (كورنثوس الثانية ٩: ٧)
